Olive May (Beals) Dick Williams

Olive M. Williams, a resident of Sterling since 1949, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 1991, at the Good Samaritan Center, Lyons, at the age of 91.

She was born May 16, 1899, at Muncie, the daughter of Thomas and Jane Beals. She was a homemaker and was a member of Sterling United Methodist Church and the Gleaners Sunday School class.

She married Henry D. Williams at Canadian, Texas, on Jan. 24, 1949.

Survivors include seven stepchildren; a brother Howard Beals, Kansas City, two sisters, Jennie Dodson, Shawnee Mission, and Lillian Johnson, Kansas City, MO; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Quintein (Inez) Powers, Sterling.

Graveside services were held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Sterling Community Cemetery with the Rev. James Graves officiating. Memorials may be sent to the Sterling United Methodist Church Building Fund in care of the church.
