 Floyd E. Wilcox, 71 and a resident of Truth or Consquences, NM since 1993, passed away at his home on December 13, 2003. Floyd was born in Bostwick, NE on September 4, 1932 to Lyvene and Mable (Hoins) Wilcox. He was a retired Supervisor for Contel Telephone; an avid golfer, a member of the Methodist Church and former Elder and Sunday School Teacher, was Volunteer Fireman and former Fire Chief; and a 4-H leader. Floyd is survived by his wife of 52 years, JoEllen Wilcox of the family home (they were married, September 22, 1951); by two daughters, Veronica Sue & husband, Eric Lynch of Capitan, NM; Roxann Key of Hutchinson, KS; a brother, Myron & wife, Eleanor Wilcox of TorC, NM; 4 grandchildren, William Eugene Henke, Casey Jo Henke, Sarah Marie Key, Matthew Key; and by 1 great grandchild, Levi James Neighbors.
