 THE TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL, Sat. Feb. 27, 1988 Mrs. Patricia M. Stubbs, 62, Topeka, died at her home Friday, Feb. 26, 1988, after an extended illness. She was born May 1, 1925, at Concordia, the daughter of Evan C. and Thelma Bache Rath. She attended Wichita public schools and K-State. She lived in Topeka from 1950 to 1979 and worked for Josten’s American Yearbook Co. She moved to Columbus, Ohio, then returned to Topeka in 1982 and worked in food service department of Washburn Univ. several years. She married Merle E.
