Clydia L. Renollet, 72, died May 19, 2011 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She was born December 18, 1938 in Mountain View, MO to Cecil and Irene Pruitt Spradlin. She was a self employed Health Care Worker and resident of Sterling for thirty-five years, formerly of Wichita. She was a member of EHU of Saxman and Sterling Car Club of Sterling.
She was married on April 16, 1976 in Sterling to Dale Renollet; he died November 16, 2011. Survivors include: one daughter, Val Shoulders, Texarkana, TX; three sons, Don Stephenson, Darren Stephenson, and Chris Stephenson all of Sterling; brothers Don Spradlin, Wichita; Leonard Spradlin, Greenbriar, Ark.; one sister Beverly Spradlin-Kimpke, Higton, Ark.; step-mother Sue Spradlin, Quitmen, Akr.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her parents preceded her in death.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Birzer Funeral Home in Sterling, with Jerry Fenwick officiating. Memorials may be made to the Sterling Public Library or Rice Reno County Hospice in care of the funeral home.   Clydia was not buried in Sterling Cemetery alongside her husband. Clydia’s ashes were scattered in Missouri.
