Sarah Ann Fenwick, 72, died July 18, 2015, at her home, Hutchinson. She was born Dec. 25, 1942, in Isabella, Okla., the daughter of Elmer and Dorothy Chesley Kehn. She graduated from Fairview High School. A resident of Hutchinson, formerly of Sterling, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to New Hope Baptist Church.
On June 15, 1963, she married Gerald “Jerry” Fenwick, in Fairview, Okla. He survives. Other survivors include: two daughters, Teresa Lynn and Bryan Wade, Maize, and Jeri Ann and Sam Holmes, Valley Center; brother, Arnold Kehn, Fairview, Okla.; two sisters, Lela Graham, and Rita and Wes Peterson, both of Fairview, Okla.; nine grandchildren, Casie Honeycutt, Ethan Fenwick, Feather Gonzales, Elena Fenwick, Eli, Jacob, Sarah, Rebekah, and Jedidiah Holmes; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Dorothy Kehn, a brother, Marvin Kehn, and a son, Allen Fenwick.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 22, 2015, at New Hope Baptist Church, 4815 East Fourth Ave, Hutchinson, with Pastor Harold Nelson presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday July 21, 2015, at Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. following the service in Sterling Community Cemetery, Sterling. Memorials may be sent to the Paralyzed Veterans, in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.

FENWICK
SSG Allen Lee Fenwick entered into eternal rest on May 31, 2011 at the age of 46. He was born September 7, 1964 in Sterling, Kansas to parents, Gerald and Sarah Fenwick. Allen served his country in the US Army and was currently with the 5th Recruiting Brigade at Ft. Sam Houston. He lived his life through the military, his family, and his bike. Through the procession of his death, he died while leaving the military recruiting station he loved, on the motorcycle he loved, on the way to the family that he loved and made him happy. In every part of his life, he lived the Army values: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage. He was an inspirational light to all who knew him. Allen also had a love of not only leaving an emotional impression on the world, but also leaving a physical presence found in the projects he completed and built with his hands. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Allen was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Laura Fenwick; uncle, Dale Renollet and other uncles and aunts. He is survived by his beloved wife, Supreenia; his daughters, Feather and Elena; son, Ethan; parents, Gerald and Sarah Fenwick; sisters, Teresa Wade and husband, Bryan and Jeri Ann Holmes and husband, Sam; several nieces, nephews and his extended military family. The family will receive visitors Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 5PM to 9PM at Sunset Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, June 6, 2011 at 12:30PM at the funeral home with a procession to Ft. Sam Houston for military honors to follow.
