 Obituary for Loretta F. Bausman Loretta Bausman, 75, Kingsport, passed away after an extended illness on Friday, October 4, 2013. Originally from Gumboro, Delaware, Loretta moved to Kingsport in 2001 to be closer to the family. A member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church, Loretta enjoyed church and Sunday school friends. Loretta retired in 2000 from Federal Service after a career in finance and serving the country as a military wife supporting her husband’s Air Force career. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlin; her parents, Willie and Ethel Revel; six sisters; and one brother. Loretta is survived by her two daughters, Barbara and Anita and other families from Delaware and Kansas.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at First Broad Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Mickey Rainwater and Rev. Jack P. Weikel officiating. Visitation will follow.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2013, at Sterling Cemetery in Sterling, Kansas. |
