Marilyn A. McNeil, age 82, much-beloved wife, mother, teacher, counselor, and friend, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jay; daughters Krista, Shelley, and Marcelyn; sons-in-law, Marco Salinas and Frank Pilarski; 7 grandsons and 3 great-granddaughters. Graveside services will be held 10 am, Friday, September 15, Sterling Community Cemetery, Sterling, Kansas. Memorial service to follow at 2 pm in Wichita, at First Mennonite Brethren Church. A memorial has been established with First Mennonite Brethren Church, Foreign Missions, 8000 W 21st St N, Wichita, Kansas 67205. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
