Evelyn L. Morley, a lifetime resident of the Sterling community, died Friday, Dec. 22, 1995, at Lyons Good Samaritan Center, Lyons, at the age of 92. She was born July 26, 1913, at Sterling, the daughter of Jamison Dunn and Elsie Mills Miller. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church and Silver Threads, both of Sterling. On Oct. 14, 1930, she married Bennie Harley Morley at Kansas City, Mo. He died May 19, 1975.
Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Haile, Sterling, and Wynona White, Imperial, Neb.; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Sterling, with the Rev. Dennis Prutow and Craig Cardel officiating. Burial was in the Sterling Community Cemetery.
