Jay C McNeil, 90, native of Sterling, Kansas, passed away August 21, 2025. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Marilyn (Heter) McNeil, and survived by daughters Marcelyn, Shelley and Krista, sons-in-law Marco Salinas and Frank Pilarski, seven grandsons and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be held graveside,11:00 A.M., Friday, August 29, at Sterling Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:30 on August 29 at Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
