Survivors: wife, Jo Ann; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Charli Frederick, John and Cori Frederick; grandchildren, Sarah and Luke, all of Wichita; sister, Alma Jean Gray of Salina; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with American Cancer Society.
