Richard F Forwalder of Azle, Texas who grew up in Sterling Kansas passed away on January 28, 2024, he was 92 years of age. He is survived by his son David Forwalder of Azle, Texas, daughter Elisa Edwards of Lake Forest, California. Richard is also survived by Nathan, Jessica, Scott, and Samuel Forwalder of Hillsboro, Kansas, Angel Forwalder of Azle, Texas, and Nick Edwards of Aptos, California. Richard was married to his loving wife Doris who passed in 2020. Richard proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean conflict and earned degrees from Friends University and the University of Kansas. Richard enjoyed his career as a management consultant until retirement. Services will be held at the Sterling Community Cemetery April 13th at 1:00PM.
