William “Bill” Rapp, 75, passed away February 14, 2024, in Lake Stevens, Washington. He was born December 10, 1948, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Jack and Reva Rapp. Bill graduated from Wichita East High School, Wichita, with the class of 1967. In 1971, he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wichita State University. Bill served one tour in the National Guard as a medic. He was a Master Councilor for DeMolay. Bill enjoyed bird hunting, racing cars, and classic cars. He is survived by his wife, Deanna; daughter, Erika; brother, Tom; and two grandchildren. Bill is preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M., Friday, June 6, 2025, at the Sterling Community Cemetery, Sterling, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
