Bonny Dean Carinder, 85, died April 29, 2016. She was born April 2, 1931 in Leon, Kansas to William Russel Goodwin and Lillie Alice (Boyd) Goodwin. She worked in hotel management and administration in the hotel industry. She married Jack Robert Carinder, June 11, 1949 and he preceded her in death on April 10, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Dean Carinder, her parents, sister, Peggy Goodwin, and brothers, Vinnie, Orval, Clyde and Jack. Survivors include her daughters, Jacky Preston and husband Terry, El Dorado, KS, Jan Beaty and husband Monty, Edmond, OK, and Joy Carinder, Sulphur, OK; 4 grandchildren, Tara Burton and husband Mike, Kyle Preston and wife Katy, Kelsey Lemmert and husband Clay, and Tyler Beaty and fiancé Lindsay; 9 great-grandchildren, Trevor, Reagan, Lily, Emily, Bea, Sophie, Olivia, Ellie, Ava, and Ethan; and sister, Lois VanMatre. Graveside services will be Saturday, May 7, 11:00am at Sterling Community Cemetery, Sterling, Kansas.
